Welcome to Sky Media Ventures LLC. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Sky Media Ventures LLC’s Website, located at https://skymediaventures.com/.

1. Services Provided

Sky Media Ventures LLC provides digital marketing and web development services, including but not limited to:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Custom Website Development (WordPress, GSAP, Shopify)

  • E-Commerce Solutions

  • Google Ads & Local Service Ads Management

  • Social Media Management

  • Brand Strategy & Creative Marketing

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Sky Media Ventures LLC and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Sky Media Ventures LLC. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Sky Media Ventures LLC for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

  • Republish material from Sky Media Ventures LLC.

  • Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Sky Media Ventures LLC.

  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from Sky Media Ventures LLC.

3. Project Payments & Fees

  • Quotes: All project quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before work commences on any web development or creative project.

  • Service Fees: Monthly service fees (SEO, Ad Management) are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the service period has begun.

  • Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend services or take down hosted staging sites if payments are more than 15 days overdue.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of your project, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide all necessary access (WP-Admin, FTP, Google Analytics, etc.) in a timely manner.

  • Provide high-resolution brand assets (logos, images) and approved copy unless otherwise contracted.

  • Review and provide feedback on milestones within 5 business days to maintain project timelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Sky Media Ventures LLC, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or our services. Sky Media Ventures LLC shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of our services or third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

7. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida for the resolution of any disputes.
